My Work

Knives
Time-honored craftsmanship to suit every taste

I create hand-forged knives using recycled metals from things like old files, springs and hay rake tines. I have done Damascus work, more properly described as pattern welding. I will also make unique and very attractive blades out of steel cable, Harley-Davidson® motorcycle chain and chain-saw  chain.

I also make an inexpensive line of knives that I cut from old band saw blades. I frequently use elk horn or elk antler handles and inlaid wooden handles, but I can create handles to suit just about any preference. All of my knives are one of a kind, and I initial each one of them.
